Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of food production and daily kitchen activities
• Maintain and constantly review high standard of food quality and hygiene according to Company standard
• Work closely with Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager for dishes development and menu planning
• Develop new menu for regular and seasonal promotion
• Coaching team members for continuous product enhancement
• Achieve budgeted revenue, monitor and control food, beverage and labour cost

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry, of which at least 5 years in senior management position
• Experience in new restaurant pre-opening and Restaurant operation is preferable;
• Ability to provide strong leadership
• Proven records of capability in providing operational and strategic management skills including cost control, new shops pre-opening, menu setup
• Creative and be able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

• 能有效領導、監督及管理廚房作業與食材利用及食材成本管控。
• 維持及監督廚房衛生及清潔以符合食品安全衛生標準。
• 負責研發新菜單及菜單調整，糾正出現的問題或投訴。
• 負責與餐廳經理或相關部門主管聯繫、溝通與協調，與同事和客戶保持積極和專業的態度。
• 負責整體廚房的運作，包括日常行政工作、人事安排與休假管理。

工作要求:

• 需具8年或以上相關經驗，其中5年為管理層經驗。
• 具有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧；包括員工管理，能有效地處理複雜問題，以及具有對食品和飲料管理所需的經驗和知識。
• 具有領導能力，良好的分析及管理能力，能在壓力環境下工作，並在指定日期之前完成工作。
• 具有良好的溝通能力，並且具備人際關係的處理能力。
• 有韓式廚房經驗優先。
