Responsibilities:

• In charge of the whole Hong Kong market
• Develop strategies to drive the growth of existing business and as well as management performance by ensuring the business provides profitable return and competitive edge
• Establish and execute business, sales and budget plans to achieve company’s goals
• Maximize outlets / restaurants profitability through revenue generation and cost control
• Ensure the standards of all outlets / restaurants and brands are achieved
• Thorough understanding of the consumer market, seek for new business opportunities to sustain the market leader position

 Requirements:

• University degree holder in BA or Hotel & Catering Management or other business related subjects
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience from leading position in fast food chains, retail or FMCG industries in which 5 years must be in managerial level
• Excellent strategic planning and execution with sensitivity in data analysis
• Strong people and leadership skills 
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication with good proficiency in English , Cantonese and Putonghua
