Office sales and marketing work 

- Enquiry handling, including handling phone call and email enquiries 

- Initiate, plan and implement digital marketing campaigns in line with business strategies and goals

- Coordinate with various internal departments, agencies and business partners to deliver marketing programs and promotions

- Social media content development, monitoring, and reporting

On-site catering operation management

Assist the production team with deliveries from our central kitchen to the event venue

- Ensure on time delivery and desired catering set up provided 

- Ensure high quality service to maximize customer satisfaction

- Ensure wait staff deliver good service that meet the company standard 

- Ensure smooth on-site site up 

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality/ Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
- Willingness to work for an innovative concept and to operate in a “start-up mode"
-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proactive, self-motivated, passionate about work, and demonstrates flexibility towards change
- Good project management skill
-Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Customer centric
- Eager to learn and embrace wide scope of work
- Food and beverage industry experience will be an asset 
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
- Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
