Job Task
- Respond to guest's queries regarding memberships and bookings
- Welcome and process golf members in a timely and professional manner
- Perform guest invoicing duties
- Prepare golf rooms, products, equipment, and supplies
- Present golf facilities and handle inquiries from walk-in guests as well as telephone inquiries
- Handle reservations and inquiries
