Our client is a top-tier global financial services organization with strong presence worldwide.  The company is urgently seeking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist, an Infrastructure Business Analyst, and an Infrastructure Project Analyst (PMO) to join their regional change program.  These roles initially start off as a 6 months contract headcount with the view to extend or turn into permanent roles.

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Collaborate with other functions (e.g. information security, operational risk, etc.) to devise standardized policies & procedures
• Perform deep-dive analyses and recommend action plan for implementation of changes
• Liaise with business analysts and other teams for implementation of changes

 As an Infrastructure Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Perform analyses on file structures and system architecture across multiple business lines spanning the APAC region
• Liaise with business stakeholders for detailed analysis and coordinate with the infrastructure specialist for implementation
• Prepare status reports for periodical management and senior stakeholder updates

 As an Infrastructure Project Analyst (PMO), you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Coordinate with regional stakeholders across the APAC region on the change program
• Maintain and track progress on the implementation schedule and status
• Coordination of regular project and programme level reporting cycles, regular project meetings logistics, project documentation, and programme level workshops

 To be considered for these roles as an Infrastructure Specialist, an Infrastructure Business Analyst, or an Infrastructure Project Analyst (PMO),you possess the following:- 

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows file systems and file share technologies (e.g. AD, GPO, NTFS, FAT32, etc.)
• Infrastructure Specialist
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with a multinational corporation
  • Experience in file shares services management
  • Added advantage for those with experience in shell scripting (e.g. PowerShell, VBScript) and in standard operating procedures and policies documentation
• Infrastructure Business Analyst
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar capacity with a multinational corporation
  • Hands on experience with data analysis/consolidation and related tools (e.g. Excel, VBA, VBScript, Access, etc.)
  • Added advantage for those with previous experience in project management or coordination activities
• Infrastructure Project Analyst (PMO)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity with a multinational corporation
  • Solid hands-on experience with project documentation (including status reporting/presentation packs) and data analysis
  • Extremely detail oriented and structured to manage a cross-regional portfolio of stakeholders/data
• Experienced in cross-region projects and stakeholder management with regional/MNC organizations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
