Job Description
Our Client is a Global Financial Trading System Solution Provider, building up their Technology team in Hong Kong. The system is based on AWS and they are looking for an IT system manager who can lead a small team to ensure the high availability of the system, as well as to make sure the system is scalable and continuously improved.
Duties:
- Manage a small team to ensure this 24 x 7 real time applications is reliable
- System design, planning, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Optimise system performance and minimise error, drive automation and CI/CD and DevOps process
- Work closely with Development team to understand performance requirement
- Manage Cyber Security, manage the PCI Security Standard
- Mentor and train junior engineers
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent
- 8 years in Infrastructure, support and manage 24 x 7 and high performance system
- Trading system related background is a big plus
- Strong with Linux, Docker, Ansible
- Kubernetes is plus
- Good with Scripting in shell/python
- Hands on but also able to manage a small team
- AWS experience is required
