Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in launching local and oversea retail system.
- Managing and monitoring local and oversea retail system implementation and ensure the projects are in compliance with our requirements.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties for the project-related issues.
- Handling inquiries and providing guidance to internal system users.
- Providing administrative support to the project team, including preparing project documentation.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above;
- Experience in implementing and managing retail system will be an advantage;
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills;
- Hardworking, self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Access, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
