Sales Manager 

 

Are you up for a challenge? We are looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to sell market leading enterprise software to corporate and government organisations.

Position

Based in Hong Kong, the Sales Manager will identify and close opportunities for Sensorla and TOPdesksolutions, and sustain a pipeline of new sales opportunities to meet an annual target.

This role is suited to an individual who is comfortable and eager in hunting for new business and managing existing customers. He/she will have experience of software/IT and working with Directors/C-level buyers. 

We are looking for a professional and confident individual who is determined to take charge of his/her own success. This role reports to the Board and has the potential to grow into a role with a greater scope of responsibility.

You will

• Primarily focus on bringing in new business in addition to nurturing existing customer accounts;
• Need to work closely with Sensorla sales teams, marketing and implementation consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and add value to customer expectations;
• Be expected to identify new opportunities proactively by employing innovative techniques, out-of-the-box strategies and growing an industry network;
• Be motivated, passionate about sales; and understand the ethics of business-to-business sale;
• Conduct the business according to applicable law and company rules;
• Initiate process optimization on all above-mentioned areas. 

About you

To be suitable for this role you must have a proven track record of selling enterprise business software, ideally ERP, ITSM or enterprise software solutions, to both corporate and government organisations.

• An enterprise software sales track record, ideally in high-end products and solutions 
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience
• A natural ability to build customer rapport 
• Experience of multi-level, complex sales 
• Self-motivated and ambitious 
• The ability to manage time and workload 
• The analytical skill to assimilate information quickly 
• A natural business acumen 
• Experience of working at senior levels within a company 
• Knowledge of Service Management and/or Facilities Management is an advantage.
• Degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
