A MNC located in Chai Wan (5 minutes' walking distance to MTR station) is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements:     

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2-3 years IT support experience in MNC/sizeable company
• Basic knowledge on Windows Servers and networking
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proactive, independent and responsible

*Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users
• Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting service of PCs, notebooks and printers
• Support mobile device management for iOS and Android
• Support wireless network, conference room equipment and VoIP telephone system
• Maintain IT inventory and assist in equipment purchase process
• Liaise with vendors for the maintenance of hardware and service for users
• Participate in various projects as required
• Update standard operation procedure and manual
• Salary: 18-22K
• Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 12 days annual leave, medical (including dental & life insurance) & MPF
