This is an exciting opportunity to join an international retailor and play an important role in supporting its digital transformation around the APAC region. Our client is looking for senior IT infrastructure manager for their APAC region who will pay a major role in the business change.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship management both internationally and externally
- Responsible for end-to-end procurement; vendor sourcing and management
- Develop and maintain relationship with external supplier and understand and manage vendor contracts (Technical, Commercial and Legal aspects)
- Work closely with other IT leaders to push forward effective digital transformation
- Overall operation of infrastructure portfolio (system&network; security)
- Manage both local and regional team and coordinate different business parties
- Explore Market and tech trends within the industry and drive for evolution
- 10-15 years working experience with at least 8 years working as technical leader or IT project manager
- Strong industrial experience in Retail or FMCG with good understanding of B2C business
- Very strong sense of customer-focused business and highly ROI/KPI driven
- Significant experiences working in Infrastructure / IT operations context
- Experience supporting digital transformation in a company
- Significant Systems / Network / IT Operations program and project management experience with a deep understanding of digital project and process design, methodology and tools
- Able to drive business change and manage complexity and manage transversally
- Ability to work smart and coordinate multiple pieces of work at the same time
- Ability to adapt rapidly to a changing context and priorities / Ability to manage ambiguity
- Ability to setup and manage a high performing team and to develop talents
- Teamwork and Collaboration in a multinational / multicultural environment
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English
