Job Description:

• Provide technical support and maintenance services including software, desktop, server, network, hardware, inventory list and solve all computer problems;
• Prepare and setup the user workstations and computers;
• Perform tasks for operation of the system and network, regular data backup and server administration;
• Protect the company infrastructure by performing industrial standard security, server and network hardening practices on all computer resources.
• Assist in designing and implementing various IT projects;
• Provide support for multiple offices

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 3 year experience in supporting MS Windows, Office applications and desktop hardware, preferably in finance business;
• Knowledge in system, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching, routing and network security, firewall, VPN
• Microsoft user operating systems, i.e. Windows 7, 10, Windows 2003/2008/2016
• Experience on implementing IT security control policies including servers, firewall, switches, Endpoint, VPN, encryption, vulnerability scanning etc., and change management processes
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
