Our client is a fast growing and experienced investment advisory and asset management company in Hong Kong doing Type 4 & Type 9 activities. 

Responsibilities

• Assist and maintain the computer systems of the Company, including hardware, software and network.
• Provide in-house end user IT troubleshooting and support.
• Installing and configuring computer system, printers and peripherals and manage data backup.
• Monitor the IT systems and networks healthiness by periodic health check and enhance network performance and security control.
• Establish controls to identify hardware and software weaknesses, diagnosing the root cause and derive remedy actions.
• Renew, maintain and update the software and hardware inventory.
• Liaise with vendors and manage vendors’ service level and ensure effective performance.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments / projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1 - 3 years’ solid experience in IT infrastructure and system support.
• Good technical knowledge in Window operation system, PC hardware and software.
• Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
