Our clients are top insurance companies in Hong Kong and looking for experienced underwriting candidates to fill in the following positions:

ASSISTANT UNDERWRITING MANAGER (LIFE / GENERAL INSURANCE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance underwriting business and case handling.
• Liaise with customer services, brokers and/or re-insurance companies.
• Make constructive recommendations to improve the underwriting quality and customer service.
• Ensure the underwriting process complied with regulatory requirements and company’s policies.
• Participate in IT system development, UAT testing and implementation.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in related discipline.
• Professional insurance qualification is a plus.
• At least 3 years experience in insurance business, with underwriting experience in (1) General Insurance; OR (2) Life Insurance.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Open minded with team spirit and problem solving skills.
• Excellent PC skill with Chinese word processing skill is preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
