Job Responsibilities 

• Provide daily IT technical support and maintenance to internal user
• Perform hardware & software installation, configuration and maintenance on Desktops, Notebooks and Mac computers
• Troubleshooting on computers, email, phone system, server and network etc
• Assisting team administration work e.g. documentations, IT equipment stock keeping and billing issues
• Maintenance of security system
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements 

• High Diploma or above, major in Computer studies, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Min. 1 year IT experience
  
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills;
• Responsible, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available will be an advantage
