Job Responsibility:

• To set up and maintain the IE System Standard in order to ensure the optimization of resources
• To design the layout of floors, personnel organization, time standard and incentive payment scheme
• To analyze production related system and procedure to improve the efficiency & productivity

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years or above experience in manufacturing environment, toy industry is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to achieve goals
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
• Station in PRC is required
