Key responsibilities:

• Provide guidance for End-To-End System design in all systems
• Align with various workstreams including local Business Unit and Vendor on End-To-End System Design & Implementation activities
• Support Application Solution Lead to develop testing & parallel run strategy, testing plan and execute.

Requirements:

• 12-year relevant working experience in insurance IT industry, System Analysis and Implementation on individual life insurance application and/or group insurance application, supporting multi-national company, team leading role on System Analysis, etc.
• Analyze, review, recommend and align with various workstreams including local BU and Vendor on detail design of End-To-End System Architecture and Solution, in order to ensure the objectives can be met
• Ensure key clients and stakeholders of the future state solution are engaged, participate in delivery, and have their needs met upon project completion
• Conduct SIT, support UAT, parallel run, implementation cutover
• Experience in AS400, Sybase, Java, SQL, Oracle is definitely an advantage
• University graduate major in relevant subject

Others

• Travel to local Business Unit operating countries as needed.  Expect travelling frequency to be around once every 2 months.  Duration of stay will be around 1 to 2 weeks
