Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with CTO and other technology leads to develop and maintain our highly available, responsive and scalable products to meet our business and customer requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and hands-on project management for all software development activities for the frontend development
• Developing technical strategies and architectures by using the latest frameworks,  application software and testing tools
  Collaborate closely  with product designers 
• Responsible for the overall user experience development, and the delivery of high-quality software, using TDD, DDD to deliver maintainable code which is fully integrated into a Continuous Integration and Delivery cycle
• Coaching, mentoring frontend engineers with high performance
• Playing a leading role in interviewing and supporting hiring new frontend engineers

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree or above in Computer Science or Maths or Physics or similar
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Solid experience in delivering successful modern mobile apps like iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter
• Familiar with JavaScript and experience in building modern JavaScript component applications such as ES2015 and Flexbox
• Great Knowledge of ReactJS or React Native
• Work in an iterative approach, driven by customer feedback and data insights
• Deep understanding of the latest technological trends, frontend, both mobile and web, as well as API integration
• Experienced in system design and development of mobile, web, API, integration and testing
• Experienced in agile exposure
• Excellent in communicating with different stakeholders
