Entry Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;

2. Holder of IT industry certification such as MCSA / MCSE / CCNA;

3. 5-year experience in administration, maintenance, and tech-support of computer hardware, software, server, email, file storage and office automation equipment;

4. Solid field experience in WAN / LAN / VPN architecture and network switching;

5. Good knowledge in information security management and general controls;

6. Work experience in project management, tendering procedures or NGO sector an advantage;

7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

8. Independent, self-motivated, good communication and problem solving skills;

9. Those with less experience or Diploma holder will be considered as Assistant Information Technology Officer.

Job Duties

1. To provide full spectrum of technical support to end users in relation to computer hardware, software, information systems and security issues;

2. To handle maintenance of the network infrastructure;

3. Responsible for workstation and server installation, maintenance, data backups and troubleshooting;

4. Monitor and maintain E-mail and Intranet system;

5. Assist in the development and content updating of both the agency website and intranet;

6. To apply security controls on computers, servers, information systems and other IT facilities;

7. Responsible for IT hardware and software procurement, maintain inventory records and license.
