Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support service on PC, server, printer,
• Provide basic installation service on hardware & software, to handle and troubleshoot customers' technical enquires
• Responsible to follow up different IT project & provide support service to the client, desktop & laptop installation & troubleshooting
• Answer incoming calls or enquiries on hardware technical, solve customer’s problem, provide on-site support and deployment,

Requirements :

• Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related disciplines
• +2 years relevant experience is preferred. (Fresh graduate will be considered.)
• MCSE holder will be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP)
• Experiences in supporting Microsoft products (WinXP, Win7, Win8, Win10, MS Office, Win Server)
• Independent, self-motivated and good presentation, communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
