Responsibilities:

• Develop business channel strategies to achieve personal targets as well as the team target
• Lead, develop and identify business opportunities of new products and services in market
• Provide sales and product training to team members & distribution channels
• Lead team members to follow up applications with insurance companies
• Explore sales potential from existing client and distribution network

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years’ experience in individual life insurance in the areas of selling or customer services gained in insurance companies, banks, insurance brokers or IFAs;
• Experience in sales administration and management, and knowledge in Sales Activity Management is necessary
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3, 4 & 5
• Familiar with products from various insurance companies;
• Good network in insurance and wealth management industry is an advantage
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required;
• Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
