Our client is a group with business in hotel, real estate, financial and IT sectors. To cope with their expansion, they are now inviting the CFO to join the HK team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the group as a key member of the senior management team;
• Perform financial reporting and management accounting for the company’s asset management business in Hong Kong and China;
• Financial planning and management, cash flow management, tax planning and budgeting;
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 10 years or above relevant experience;
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;
• Experieequity business;
• Excellent Chinese and English; flue
• nced working in a Chinese company; strong knowledge in the China market;
• Strong knowledge in asset management, investment, direct investment or private 
• nt Mandarin is a plus;
• Proficient computer skills; good Chinese typing skills;
• Travel to China is required.
