Responsibilities:

-          To manage the Quality Assurance process for our Home Appliances Department in cooperation with laboratory.

-          Evaluate and verify new products to ensure the product quality is met with the required customers’ standard and the specified safety requirements

-          Participate and input quality criterion in the product creation process

-          Simplify the workflow as well as develop and review corrective and preventive plans for quality improvement

-          Liaise with merchants and factories effectively regarding all sampling, technical and quality issues and ensuring the execution of corrective action

-          Plan, conduct and monitor testing of products to ensure the quality of finished product

-          Sound Knowledge of system and process quality, inspection techniques and product approvals

-          Control and approve shipment release documents such as laboratory test report and internal document

Requirements:

      -     Solid working experiences in small domestic appliance business

-          Degree holders with at least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance Management for Germany or European retail market

-          Knowledge of European safety standard, i.e. EN60335-1 & 2 and Fit For Use test

-          Experience in the 3^rd party testing laboratory and Fit For Use test is preferable

-          With strong desire in obtaining exposure in multi-national business, working with people from different nationalities

-          Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

-          Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point

-          Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

-          Willing to take challenges

-          Prepared to travel and visit factories
