Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded support from pre-event planning, on-site management to post-event reporting for a wide variety of events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions and large-scaled expos
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials (e.g. collaterals, leaflets, posters and exhibition panels) from drafting of contents, layout design, liaison with vendors to production
- Coordinate and liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution for each project
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
- Preferably 1 -2 years’ experience in event management or marketing
- Innovative, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Fresh graduate with relevant working experience who can prove his / her capability for this post may also be considered
