Our client, an international agency, is looking for an Event Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Reporting and supporting the team leader on all projects.

· Leading and managing the event idea generation, presentation and execution.

· Managing the budget and timeline effectively and efficiently.

· Building and maintaining good relationship with the clients and vendors.

· Supervising and managing the team and vendors in a professional manner.

· Leading, motivating, coaching and building the team.

To be considered, you must have:

· University degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Communication / Advertising related discipline

· At least 4 years working experience, preferably in PR / Event / Exhibition / Advertising. Candidates with more experience can be considered for Associate Account Director or Senior Account Manager. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Account Executive or Account Executive.

· Good production knowledge and network with production vendors and venues.

· Good communication, planning, presentation, language and time management skills.

· Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin will be a plus.

· Dynamic, passionate, pleasant, ability to work long hours and under pressure.
