Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling payments for customer marketing team
- Administrative support on promotion campaigns
- Support on simple display development
- Co-ordination between vendors to ensure materials are available on-time
Requirements
- 3 days a week, with flexible work schedule
- Around 2-3 years of related administration working experience
- Candidates with customer marketing, marketing or advertising agency background will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and collaborative
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different parties effectively
- Ability to work independently with multi-tasking skill and able to work under tight deadline
- Fluent English
- High proficiency in MS office especially MS excel (e.g. Pivot table, Vlookup, etc)
- Immediately available or short notice is preferred
- 1 year contract, and subject to further review
