Responsible:

• Handle all the marketing campaigns / event / exhibition / roadshow at outdoor, including materials preparation and on-site management
• Require to meet the lead generation target with performance bonus achieved
• Handle marketing and campaign budgets and deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
• Formulate, implement ATL, BTL & Digital marketing plans and strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Well experience in social media (wechat, facebook, weibo, IG) marketing such as content research, copywriting and KPI measurement.
• Manage brand website efficiency, content, audit and provide CMS support of the branded websites to assist in conversion.
• Manage company's total communications channel including advertising, retail promotions, PR, CRM, social media and digital marketing
• Maintain effective internal & external communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising related disciplines
• At least 5 years' proven working experience in roadshow, outdoor marketing events, media marketing, & social media & digital marketing
• Strong understanding of outdoor event marketing tools and models, technology trends and market best practice
• Experience in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty or Healthcare is an advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Good team player, Independent, innovative, analytical and good communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
