 Responsible For               

• Events and exhibitions planning, execution and management as per company marketing calendar
• Preparation of marketing communication materials  such as demo kits, leaflets, visual materials and formal presentations papers
• Coordination of  testing of products using own technologies; bench-marking of products from the market and documentation of testing and bench-marking results
• CRM data base update and management
• Management of interns
• Social media marketing including content creation and management
• Follow up of customers’ on-line inquiries.
• Documentation of product specification sheets and literature

 The Position

This position is in Shatin, Hong Kong but will need to travel especially in China, Singapore, USA and Europe as well as our Shenzhen office.

 Primary Responsibilities

• To be able to present all aspects of company technologies and its product applications to our customers.
• To be able to support the sales team with market communication materials such as the company’s technologies and product applications.  
• To coordinate with 3^rd party event organizers, contractors and institutions to make sure events, exhibitions and research collaboration takes place on time and achieve results.  
• To have opportunities to manage interns and get trained to eventually become a manager.
• To prepare photos and video clips for social media.
• To follow up customer requests as appropriate.
• To be physically fit so as to be able to test company’s sports related technology/products.

Essential Experience

• A minimum of 2 years product and trade marketing experience with in the B2B sectors, preferably in technology devices.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Receptive to innovation and change.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Experience of content creation and management (online and offline platforms).

 Desirable Experience

• Experience in working for an international organization.
• Developed marketing management skills in hearable health devices.

 Essential Knowledge

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Basic use of photo and video editing software.
• Seasoned users of sport or health oriented smartphone Apps.

Education

• Degree holder in Science, Marketing or Business Management
