Responsibilities: 

-          Handle basic customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and social media platforms.

-          Collect and input clients’ basic information, including contact information and event details.

-          Manage daily operation matters.

-          Assist the sales and marketing team in market research and planning promotion campaigns.

-          Assist the sales and marketing team in drafting documents or proposals.

-          Promote effective and positive communication when working with team members.

-          Participate in team discussions or other job-related projects as assigned.

-          Work on shift duties during event dates.

Requirement:

-          Diploma or above; fresh graduates or university students are welcome.

-          The following experiences and/or studies are advantages:

-          Specific knowledge and interests in the following fields are advantages:

-          Good command of spoken Cantonese; ability to speak fluent English or Mandarin is a plus.

-          Able to adapt and show resilience under tight schedules.
