Requirements:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent;
• 1 year’s post graduate experience

The job holder shall be responsible for: 

• using psychological tests and assessments to help in the diagnosis of any learning and behavioural difficulties
• writing reports for the above assessments for the purposes of directing management of any learning and behavioural difficulties and also to inform examinations boards of any recommended accommodations in school work and testing 
• assisting students with learning difficulties to achieve their full potential
• co-ordinating care for students between their families, teachers, learning support assistants and any other professionals involved in the care of the student by recommending, helping to develop and administering appropriate therapies and strategies
