Responsibilities

• Report to Design Director.
• Responsible for product development of women’s woven wear.
• Follow up with design development to vendors’ proto. Can follow through on all salesman sample ready dates and ensure correct execution as well as on time delivery.
• Communicate development information between designers, vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain organized and transparent development process.
• Keep good communication and share information between the team.
• Coordinate & co-manage fabric development.
• Responsible for co-managing fabric development, co-managing costing & reaching attainable range of product prior to adoption.
• Confident to work directly with Design Director and SVP as needed in development of the full line

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in woven Retail Fashion market.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
• Able and willing to travel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in fast pace environment. multi-task and follow through.
• Process driven and detail-minded.
• Chinese typing.
• Effective communicator and team player.
