• Degree in Garment, Merchandising, Textile or related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in ladies' sweater garment, in which 3 - 4 years at the same level
• Strong product knowledge
• Experienced in handling both product development & production follow-up
• Experienced in serving US buyers
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Merchandising Manager
