Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Provide merchandising and sales support by coordinating with buyers and order processing
- Prepare seasonal catalogue, photo book and collection training manual to stores and customers
- Assist Buyers in coordinating schedule, setting up venue and preparing materials for seasonal activities such as sales campaign, collection training and staff sale
- Process sales orders such as inputting orders to the system, following up with the delivery; ensure the right merchandise to be launched in right time and right place.
- Update and analysis database thru system database
- Assist Buyers in allocation and re-allocation of stocks in retail stores in needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- University graduate
- Prior working experience in Merchandising field is an advantage
- Proficient in using MS Excel, strong numerical sense and reporting skills is a MUST
- Fast-learner, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Flexible working schedule- Part time (3-5 days per week) or contract (5-days per week) Immediate availability is a MUST
