Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate with customers and China factory for the new items developments, sourcing, samples making, prepare quotation, and arrange lab testing.
• To work with customers and factory on product specification, main material arrangement and delivery schedule for order placement.
• To manage orders from customers, prepare order status reports and follow up different customer order details.
• To answer customers’ e-mail and correspondence on production, sample and order status.
• To visit factory for meeting with production & QC personnel to help to solve problems.

Requirements:

• H.D Fashion & Textile Studies or H.D Manufacturing Engineering.
• Have at least 6 years working experience in soft toys & dolls manufactory or garment manufactory.
• Good computer skill especially Chinese Word Processing.
• Good communication skill and willing to work hard under pressure.
• Able to handle English & Chinese correspondence independently.
• Familiar with soft toy and dolls development; knowledge of textile materials and cost will be considered as a priority.
• Frequent visit to Dongguan factory is required.

5-1/2days work, double pay, year-end special bonus, MPF.
