A well established HONG KONG trading firm, market mainly in USA, Europe and Japan is looking for creative and energetic applicants for our Toys/Sundries departments:

Job Description

- Follow up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

- Assist in the Product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

- Maintain strong business relationship with vendors for product development and production

- Arrange sample submission to customers for approval

- Handle merchandising related documents

- Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A

- Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for USA/EU customers

- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant categories of goods in Trading Firm

- Solid experience in handling Toys, Sundries for Japan market or Home Textile (Towel and Blanket) with good sourcing experience. Experience in Toys/Stationery/Sundries/Home Textile/ Homeware/ Party Goods

- Diploma or above in merchandising or related field

- Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

- Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Literate in Microsoft office programs, knowlegable in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Chinese Word Processing

- Occasional travel is required
