Requirements: 

• First degree in law from a common law jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IPO, M&A, private equity, general compliance and due diligence work is advantageous
• Bilingual ability - both spoken and written (English and Putonghua)
• Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word and Chinese Word Processing)

 Responsibilities:

• Assist partners and associates in various corporate, corporate finance and general commercial transactions
• Assist in preparing prospectus for Hong Kong IPOs
• Assist in preparing transaction documents and correspondences
• Assist in legal due diligence and verification
