Responsibilities

• Draft and review the internal and external loan agreements and guarantees 
• Manage and coordinate with external counsels and corporate service providers to ensure deliverables are on time and good quality
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate restructuring of companies, intercompany service agreements, and other legal and company secretary tasks related to the daily operations in the Hong Kong office
• Manage legal and compliance risks related to Hong Kong holding companies
• Maintain good communications with HQ and overseas subsidiaries
• Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in law (company law would be preferred)
• PCLL preferred but not necessary
• 3 years or above international legal and compliance experience in large multinational corporation or state own enterprise
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry is a plus
• Integrity, intelligence and energised
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Legal and Compliance Manager
