Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements with minimal supervision
• Provide legal advice for all daily operations and new business initiatives
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
• Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external parties to conclude commercial transactions
• Seek advices from external professional parties as appropriate
• Handle ad-hoc projects and legal tasks assigned from time to time
• May travel abroad if required

Requirements

• University degree and/or professional qualification in law
• At least 2 years working experience in contract review and drafting required
• Experience in working in legal firms, financial institutions or banking is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical with commercial sense and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Less experience will be considered for junior post as assistance manager
