Description:

The project manager will execute a roadmap constructed to enhance capabilities for eCommerce conversion and profit optimization on travel products/services for consumers. He/She will drive progress alongside an established team of data scientists, data analysts, business analysts, management trainee and software engineers to delivery of business results.  He/She should be technically capable with data science as well as knowing the processes involved in managing product development.

You will:

• Draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
• Manage technical challenges within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the projects
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help transform the company into a data-driven organization
• Work closely with key cross-functional teams to interpret business results
• Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
• Evaluate the performance of the marketing programs and provide practical recommendations to reach revenue/profit goals
• Conduct regular and adhoc analytical reports on business & portfolio performance 

You are required:

• BA/BS or Master's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences)
• Experience in statistical software and database languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, MATLAB)
• Experience integrating web analytics with A|B testing tools
• Experience with Data Visualization tools
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
