Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes.  Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on operating condition of the company.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, and processes to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
  • Build and implement project plans with Service Line team to review pricing and fee schedules to ensure TMF Group remains appropriately and competitively priced in line with Group guidelines and parameters.
  • Provide on-going support to the Service Lines in developing and implementing plans that support department to optimize its operations, driven change and improvements for overall business improvement initiatives.
  • Continually identify and act, in collaboration with the Service Lines on new ways to improve efficiency of client administration work in order to increase profitability of TMF business and ensure Clients Service Level Agreements are being met and maintained.
  • Take a hands-on approach to manage project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage project governance and involve stakeholders in the decision-making process.
  • Designs and generates tracking/ monitoring tools.
  • Works closely withIT Management, internal stakeholders to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications in relations to Operations improvement.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Management.  MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst/ Process Management and organization development.
  • Experienced in evaluating, adopting and implementing workflow technology, preferably in service industries. Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Trained in Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.
  • Work within the Operations Improvement Team in establishing new operational processes and behaviors through effective change management; and practical understanding of business operational development in servicing industry is an advantage.
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • Able to work well with very little directive, carry out assignments and prioritize issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal influencing skills, with confidence to engage with people of all levels of seniority.
  • Responsible, self-motivated and team player. 
  • Business savvy. High aptitude for analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to corporate mission.
  • Able to write queries and understand system structure/ data flow will be an advantage.
