Job Description

The Nature Conservancy seeks an Associate Director of Development (ADOD) for its Asia Pacific Region, Hong Kong Office. The ADOD will join one of the largest, most successful conservation organizations in the world, supporting conservation in 72 countries with offices in all 50 United States. Founded in 1951, the mission of The Nature Conservancy is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends. The Associate Director of Development (ADoD) works closely with the development team based in Hong Kong to implement and coordinate effective multi-year strategies and plans for gift prospects, including corporate, foundation, and/or individual donors. We also require fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English, leadership, initiative, relationship and team building skills.
