Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports on noise quota count (QC) usage for some 65 night time operators and related data analyses and forecasts
• Handle enquires and dispensation requests from airlines and the monthly report regarding the Noise QC Scheme
• Arrange meetings with operators with performance issues on QC usage
• Provide support to SAC Meetings, QC4 Taskforce Committee
• Collect the radar data from Civil Aviation Department (CAD) to generate the NEF 25 contour, and prepare regular review
• Liaise with external consultant / Federal Aviation Administration on issues arising from noise modelling process
• Adjust/ maintain data parameters and perform analyses on noise contour performance and changes
• Support and process the day-to-day GABA parking applications
• Audit and supervise Franchisee's performance in related responsibilities
• Develop, enhance and manage the Business Aviation Parking Management System (BAPS) for GABA parking stand allocation
• Coordinate with Schedule Coordination Office (SCO) at CAD on regular and ad-hoc GABA runway slot and parking stand allocation processes
• Prepare for monthly reports and data analysis on GABA operations, night slot utilization and ad hoc slot allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Sciences/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science discipline with at least 4 years ofairport operations or aviation experiences;
• Relevant working experience related to business/general aviation scheduling, airport operations, data analysis and system management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Good analytical, articulation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and relational databases
• Basic knowledge on noise modelling, Aircraft Noise Certification and Noise Classification, ICAO Annex 16, Geographic Information System (GIS) software or Standard Schedules Information (SSIM) is a plus
• Computer language: Basic Structured Query Language (SQL). VBA, Python or other programming language is a plus
