Job Description
- European MNC
- Report to Customer Services Manager
- Order Processing and e-project Coordination
The Role:
- Handling customer enquiries & complaints
- Process orders and maintain accurate data in system
- Liaise with the external vendors (e.g 3PL) to make sure on time delivery
- Prepare sales analysis & periodic reports
- Inventory management / control
- Handle related shipping document
- Coordinate process improvement and e-commerce/digitalization projects
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of solid customer services/order processing experiences gained from well-established company
- Fast learner, service-oriented, flexible and a good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
