KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop new business opportunities and Maintain good relationships with customers
• Build up long-term relationships with customers to generate recurring business

• Provide after-sales service support while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Promote skincare products to health care service providers, clinics

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-4 years working experience in beauty salon or medical channel is preferable; more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive

• Beauty salon - F.5 or above ;  Medical channel - F.6 or above  

• Motivated, adaptable and problem solving

• Can work independently and under pressure

• Good communication skill and energetic team player

職責:

1. 跟據團隊銷售目標，並協助團隊達成目標；

2. 不斷優化銷售團隊，提高銷售的綜合能力

3. 日常開發客戶的工具可以通過微信、微博、QQ等網路的形式開發客戶；

4. 通過客戶管理系統，管理客戶資源跟蹤客戶；

5. 執行公司的各項銷售政策，達成銷售業績；

6. 與客戶保持良好溝通，即時把握客戶需求，説明客戶制定方案；

7. 為客戶提供主動、熱情、滿意、周到的服務。

要求：

1. 大專及以上學歷，醫療服務經驗優先考慮；

2. 對相關行業及行銷網路/高端會員有深度瞭解及認識優先考慮

3. 有銷售管理經驗者優先考慮；

4. 優秀的普通話、廣東話溝通能力、較強的親和力和熱情的服務意識；

5. 性格活潑、責任心強，能主動解決客戶提出的異議，做好危機處理工作；
