Established in 1996, R.E.A.C. Electronic Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing consumer electronics.  We develop and manufacture innovative consumer electronic products such as digital timepieces, wearable fitness gadgets and smart home devices.  Our customers, within the ODM, OBM and OEM trade, include recognized multi-national brands, regional specific corporations and successful small enterprises, which are either ODM, OBM or OEM trade. We are actively looking for an energetic, self-motivated and visionary person with a highly successful sales record to join our experienced sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to prepare and present a RFQ or RFP to potential clients inquiring about our services to create and manufacture specialized consumer electronic products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities that transition to long-term business partnerships as well as maintain and develop the existing customer database.
• Professionally present our products when consulting with customers.  You must fully understand how the products works and be able to present them to the intended target audience.
• Provide technical guidance and suggest optimum technical specifications when in consultation sessions with the customer.
• Timely follow up with the customer on open quotations with the intent of closing the deal.
• Aggressive follow-up with pending customer quotations along with keen attention to details.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas set forth by management.
• Attend and assist in exhibitions hosted in Hong Kong or possibly in other countries.   This will require the creation of sales promotional documents, preparation of sales reports, face-to-face customer consultations and quote preparation.
• Constant collaboration/communication with internal operations, R&D and marketing teams to achieve better production results.  This includes follow up of project development, obtaining production status and tracking order deliverables to the customer.
• Prepare and present forecasting reports with supporting data from market intelligence and industry trends, which allow R.E.A.C. Electronic Co., Ltd to be a leader in manufacturing for the consumer electronic industry

 Job Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration required, or a minimum of 2- 3 years of work experience in a successful sales/marketing position.
• Must be customer service centric at all times.
• Highly knowledgeable in “connected products” which include: trending lifestyle products, wearable health & fitness gadgets, mobile applications and smart home devices.
• Must be responsible, very detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Well organized, strong interpersonal and excellent time management skills are required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must be able to travel to China, and other countries, when required.
