Responsibilities:

• Responsible for P&L, personnel management, liaison with vendors and suppliers, merchandising and inventory control of the stores to achieve preset business targets.
• Manage the daily operation of the stores. Recruit, train, develop, and coach the retail sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, and to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Supervise renewal of window and in-store display in line with promotion initiatives and brand images.
• Cooperate and interface with high profile business partners and vendors for new store expansion and impactful launch of seasonal promotion themes.
• Prepare operational analysis, performance evaluation and reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years of experience in retail sales operation with at least 4 years at managerial level. Experience in consumer products preferred.
• Outgoing and responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.,
• With strong sales technique and be aggressive to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet.
