Retail Sales Associate (Full time)

Job Responsibilities

Monitor daily store operation and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Work as a team and strive to exceed monthly sales target

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements

At least 1-year relevant working experience as sales associate is preferred

Fluent Mandarin and good command of English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team oriented and proactive attitude 

Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
