Roles and responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls from our customers around the world in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with department management on staff training and growth
• Maintain the highest service level and quality in line with the service pledges as set out by the Company
• Efficiently allocate manpower for afternoon shift
• Answer enquiries, deal tactfully to resolve complaints and enquiries with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Highly-proficient in spoken and written English (Multi-lingual speaker is definitely an advantage)
• Knowledge in CRM/EMS system preferred but not essential
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Cheerful character, flexible-minded, eager to learn and strong team spirit
• Highly motivated and strong initiative
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in Customer Services, Account Servicing or Online Retail Management field
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer

Customer Services Team Leader (Afternoon Shift) is required to report for duty 5 days a week, from 2pm to 11pm, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
