Job Description:

• Coordinate with internal, oversea branch office and external parties
• Be the single point of contact between global clients and regional support teams
• Provide a timely response to all requests and inquires through email and phone
• Ensure the service progress is on track and meet SLA (Services Level Agreement)
• Keep clients and team lead updated with the service status
• Manage ticketing and scheduling system
• Assign engineers to perform onsite service
• Provide documentation and daily report support, such as service report, ticket logs & presentation materials
• Prepare quotation, follow up the sales order and payment status

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification
• Working experience in similar roles are preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Attention to details, analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Responsible, customer-oriented, proactive and good teamwork ethics
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications
• Good communications skills in English and Cantonese
