Report to the Business Director, this position will conceptualize and implement sales plans, pricing level and business growth strategies for Watch Business Unit.  The candidate must be able to understand customers’ needs and build long lasting relationships while being self-motivated and able to effective work independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads a small team to grow on current sales administration activities, develop new account acquisitions and ensure accurate order placement & timely invoicing as well as a high standard of customer service.
• Develops sales plan, implement and monitor the progress. Suggest and initiate any activities that could propel the sales and profit performance.
• Coordinate and work with other team members when necessary to maximize business opportunities.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to speed-up the order to meet delivery schedule.
• Handles and resolves the customer complaints regarding the sales and service.
• Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Senior Sales Manager role. 

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Sales or Business Development or Engineering..
• Experience in manufacturing industry in European market, relevant industry experience ideally from watch or metal industry.
• Possess successful track record in sales and profit performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and results driven.
• Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
