Hello we are Appysport! We are a new start-up founded last year with young, dynamic and international people. Our ambition in Hong Kong is to facilitate access to sport and increase Hong Kong people's well-being. We place human at the heart of everything and think that tech can change lives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with the team to understand, prioritize and manage requests from our customers.

As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be in charge of our customer service and making our sports community in Hong Kong happy.

You will be the key contact point of all the users of our website and you will be responsible to fully delight them in various ways:
- Answer all their enquiries or comments through email, chat, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp...)
- Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
- Work across the organization to continue improving the way we serve our community of users and business partners
- Provide operational and technical support to our partners
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure quality of branding from handling user facing matters to potential business partners
- Measure satisfaction and collect feedback
- Propose and implement actions to increase community satisfaction
- Proactively contribute to the optimisation of our services, websites, processes etc.

- Use data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with sport users

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is a plus)
- Experience in customer service or community management is a must
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of social media like Facebook, Instagram etc. is a plus
- Loves and practices sports
